- Starter: Roasted Butternut Squash Ravioli,
- Salad: Mixed greens with Beets, Apples, Parmesan Curls and dressed with a citrus dressing.
- Entrée: Choice of the following: Steak Diane or Salmon wrapped in cucumber with a tomato Coulis and a white wine sauce with basil oil. We can offer a vegetarian option.
- Dessert: Crepes with a Fruit Berry Compote served with a Frozen Vanilla Yogurt
